Your first render in 5 minutes

From Telegram sign-in to a running render on a GPU node, step by step.

This is the short path from sign-up to a working render. If something is unclear, each step has its own guide in the How-to guides section.

1. Sign in with Telegram

EvaFarm uses Telegram sign-in, so you don’t need a separate password. Click Continue with Telegram and confirm the sign-in in the bot that opens. On your first sign-in, you are asked for a Gmail address. We need it to give you access to your render folder.

2. Top up your balance

Rentals are billed per minute from the project wallet. For now, you top up your personal balance through support. From it, you transfer money to a project or turn on the project’s auto-topup. To start, you need enough for the first minute of each selected node.

3. Rent a node

On the Nodes tab, pick a free node (green Ready status) and click Rent. On the checkout screen, choose the project that will pay for the work and click Launch · 1 node →. If you don’t have a project yet, create one first. You can select several nodes at once. Payment and connection are handled separately for each one.

Prices are per hour. A rental is billed from the first minute after the node’s preparation succeeds. Preparation time is not billed.

4. Connect to the node

Once the node is prepared and the first minute is paid, the interface shows an ID and password for RustDesk and AnyDesk. Both clients are already installed on the node. Open the client you prefer, enter the ID and password, and you are on the remote desktop.

5. Put your scene in the project folder

The session screen has a Your files block: the path on the node (B:\your nick\Projects\project) and a link to the same folder on your Google Drive. Put your scene and textures into this folder through Google Drive, and they appear on the node at that path. You can do this before you rent: create a your nick / Projects / project folder on your Drive (named exactly like the project), and it appears on the farm. Save render output to the same folder: only this folder syncs back to your Drive.

To get bot alerts about money and about your render finishing, open @evafarmbot in Telegram and press Start.

6. Start the render and end the session

Open your project file (Cinema 4D, Houdini, Blender, etc.) from the folder on drive B: and start the render. You can follow GPU/CPU/RAM usage in the Telemetry block. When you are done, click Stop and confirm in the Stop session? dialog: billing stops, and the node goes into maintenance.

That’s it. The history of all your sessions and invoices is on the History tab.
